Notes for Inventories
Inventories are delivered as pdf files by email, and include approximately 20-30 embedded photos.
Prices include for up to 2 reception rooms and 2 bathrooms/en suites per property, and also include for up to 1 attached garage, 1 small outbuilding and 1 small shed. Please add £5 for each additional room/garage/outbuilding.
Prices also include for a description of the exterior of the subject building.
If the property has a garden, this will be included in the inventory although the descriptions will be from the point of view of a layman and not a professional gardener.
Areas of the property which do not form part of the normal living area, such as lofts and cellars, are excluded unless specifically requested to be included, whereupon an additional charge of £5 per area will apply.
If you would like to order an EPC and/or floor plan at the same time as an inventory, then the EPC/floor plan prices shown above are reduced by 15%.
