Floorplans give potential buyers or tenants a great introduction when considering a property to buy or rent, and have been proven to assist in the sale or rental process.
Floorplans are supplied showing room names, bathroom & kitchen fittings, doors, windows, skylights, fitted wardrobes, cupboards, chimney breasts, attached conservatories etc as standard.
Room measurements (in imperial and metric) and approximate floor area are included as standard.
Any floorplans you order will be delivered as both a jpg file for web use and a GIF file for printing.
An instruction for a floor plan will include the main building and any attached garage, conservatory, lean-to etc.
