Domestic Energy Performance Certificates in Suffolk,South Norfolk and East Cambridgeshire
Whether you are a private homeowner, solicitor, landlord or estate agent, I can provide a domestic energy performance certificate at reasonable cost with an efficient and friendly service, with the inspection normally being carried out within 3 working days, and the EPC will usually be returned to you by email the same day as the inspection (providing payment has been received).
I operate as a fully independent Chartered Surveyor and Accredited Energy Assessor and will be carrying out the inspection myself.
I cover the geographical area which is within approximately 25 miles from Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk. This includes all IP postcodes, plus CB7,8 &9, NR16,17 and CO10.
Within this area, I can provide an electronic copy (pdf file) of an energy performance certificate for all flats and houses up to and including 4 bedrooms for the all inclusive price of:
only £50.00 (no VAT to pay!)
I am not VAT registered hence there is no VAT to pay, and there are no hidden extras.
On receiving your order, I will send an email confirming the instruction, which will include an invoice. Payment can be made by internet bank transfer, or by cheque through the post, or if we meet at the property, by cheque or cash by hand if you prefer.
My usual arrangement is to book and carry out the inspection before receiving payment, but the report cannot actually be released until payment has been made.
Additional bedrooms are charged at £10.00 per bedroom.
Colour paper copies of the EPC (in a plastic binder) can be sent through the post if required at a cost of £4.00 per copy. (Paper copies can be ordered later and separately if required). |
